P.O.S.
Stefon Alexander, better known by his stage name P.O.S, is an Americanrapper, singer and multi-instrumentalist signed to Rhymesayers Entertainment and a founding member of Doomtree. He has also fronted a number of punk rock bands, currently serving as guitarist and vocalist for Building Better Bombs (Wikipedia).

Apparently P.O.S. means anything you want it to (or he wants it to) as long as it fits in with a song. Wikipedia says it originally was "Pissed Off Stef." Either way, he's got talent and thanks AdPlus!
